Description
The 904 MAX series has been upgraded with 3D Silver-HeatREG V3.0 based on the 904 PRO series.
- Moisture Permeability ≥2000: The suit features superior moisture permeability of 2000g/m²/24h. Moisture passes through the nano-level pores of the silver layer, causing noticeable bumps in the fabric and silver layer. Once the moisture fully evaporates, the fabric and silver layer return to their original state. This ensures you stay comfortable and dry even during high-intensity workouts.
- Elastic Polyester Fiber: This material adapts to your movements, ensuring an unrestricted range of motion.
- Waterproof: Made from high-quality waterproof materials, this suit prevents external moisture from entering while allowing internal sweat to evaporate. This dual functionality ensures maximum comfort and efficiency during workouts.
- Weight Loss: Activates sweat glands, and promotes more sweating, allowing you to burn more calories and shed excess water weight.

Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.9 / 5 from 11 reviews.
I've tried a few sauna suits before, but this one feels much more solid. The material feels durable, and the long sleeves and pants give me the full coverage I wanted. Definitely happy with it.
Fits well and does what I need it to do. I wear it for cardio and weight training, and it keeps me sweating throughout my workout. Good quality overall.
Great for my gym sessions. I usually wear it on the treadmill or when doing circuits. It gets pretty sweaty, but that's exactly what I was looking for. Comfortable enough to move around in, too.
Great
Hasnt ripped!
I already used one last season, now I got myself the better model to even have more comfort. Not only for Hyrox or Boxing good, also for endurance sport. (Cycling+Running) Better quality and design than the suits, which are marketed in those segments…
I got this sauna suit for my husband and he really likes it. He uses it for running and it definitely makes him sweat more. I’m very happy with the purchase.
I bought the Sauna Suit and it really works. I sweat a lot more during workouts and feel lighter after a few sessions. The material is comfortable and not sticky like others I’ve tried. One tip—go for one size up, it fits better that way.
Suit fits perfect.
Good size. Meticulous workmanship. Comfortable to wear. Good for fitness workout
FAQ
Does the sauna suit work?
The training suit helps you sweat more during exercise. When you wear the suit, your body sweats more because it's covered in insulation. This causes you to lose water weight and can lead to weight loss.

Is a sauna suit good for weight loss?
Yes, it is a good option for weight loss. It can help you burn more calories, and it can also help to sweat out toxins. However, it's important to use it safely, and you should always consult with your doctor before using it. So, buy a sauna suit today and experience the difference!
[Another study compared fitness results between groups of participants, some of whom wore sauna suits to exercise and some of whom did not. Both groups engaged in similar exercise routines. At the end of the study, the group that wore the sauna suits showed an 11.7%improvement in VO2 max, or the amount of oxygen their body used when exercising as hard as possible, compared to a 7.3% improvement in the exercise-only group. The sauna suit group also had an average 2.6% reduction in body weight and 13.8% decrease in body fat. The exercise-only group averaged a 0.9% reduction in body weight and an 8.3% decrease in body fat.] Literature source: WEBMD
What to Wear under a sauna suit?
Traditional sauna suit and HOTSUIT 904 classicdo not have a sweat-absorbing function, which will cause sweat and fabric to stick to the skin, causing discomfort. We recommend wearing a HOTSUIT sweat-absorbing shirt
It is worth mentioning that HOTSUIT has broken through this problem and broken the discomfort of wearing traditional sweat-inducing clothing. HOTSUIT 904 PRO/MAX both have sweat-absorbing and breathable functions, allowing you to train without burden.
How long should we wear a sauna suit?
Some people recommend wearing a slimming suit for as little as 10 minutes, while others recommend wearing it for up to an hour. It all depends on your own personal tolerance and what you are hoping to achieve by wearing it.
If you are looking to lose weight, you will likely see better results if you wear the suit for a longer duration (up to 60 minutes). However, if you are just looking for general health and fitness benefits, then 10-15 minutes should be sufficient.
