If you’d like expedited shipping, we have different options available. Orders placed before 2pm will be processed same day. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 2pm will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 2 pm on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

 

Tips: All Hotsuit styles size is about the five countries size label in the items. The styles size is the same, but according your country/region and orders, we'll shipping best fitting your size.

About Tariff: Except United States, customs taxes appearing in other countries are probabilistic events that may occur. This customs taxes is charged by the government and customs of your country. HOTSUIT has no control over whether it will occur, but don't worry, once cause the customs taxes, we will pay 20% for your package.

 

Lost package?

We ship via DHL ecommerce which provides a secure and easily trackable method of shipping. If your package gets lost in transit, we will do all we possibly can to assist you.

We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

Once the carriers have hold of the package, we cannot be responsible for shipped and delivered items that have been lost or stolen.
