To check on the status of your order, email us email@example.com. Please include your order number, courier number and billing information. Your order number will be given to you upon completion of final purchase. A courier number will be given to you via email once your order ships.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
The courier is always responsible for performing the parcel's delivery with a signature. If a parcel is considered delivered by the courier and it hasn't been received by the customer, it is the customer's responsibility to proceed with the necessary methods to ensure the item is correctly delivered. Once delivered by the courier, We will not be held accountable for any missing parcels.
