Just remember that all returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with hangtags still attached to receive a refund. Items returned in their original, unworn condition after 30 days are only eligible for HOTSUIT credit. Items not sent back in their original, unworn state or more than 30 days are not eligible for full refund.
Note: All items sold in the Sale collection are final sale items. As such, only product exchanges and in-store credit (no refunds) are allowed. HOTSUIT doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.

How you track your order?
Once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will send you an email notification to let you know it's on its way.
