To reset your hotsuit.com password simply enter your email address under "sign in".
You will then select "forgot password" to receive the password reset link.
You will find the option to enter a promo code in the order summary portion of your checkout.
A promo code box will be found just below the listed items in your shopping bag.
Unless otherwise specified, promo codes can not be combined with any other discount, promo code, special offer or gift card.
Promo codes may be limited to specific styles and price points.
Promo codes may have a limited time use or, expiration date and must be redeemed within a HOTSUIT online account.

You will receive an email update with tracking information once your order has shipped.
You are also able to log into your HOTSUIT online account and check order status under "my orders".

To provide the fastest delivery to our customers, orders are immediately sent for processing.
Your order cannot be canceled once it has been submitted within1 days. If you still want to cancel, you will be charged a 5% processing fee.
About Tax:
Except United States, customs taxes appearing in other countries are probabilistic events that may occur.
The customs taxes is charged by the government and customs of your country. HOTSUIT has no control over whether it will occur.
At this time, HOTSUIT only charges tax to orders without US, other countries customers need pay the tax by yourself, but we will pay 20% from your order tax.
At this time, HOTSUIT does not offer any price match guarantee.
HOTSUIT will provide a tracking number once your order ships.
You will want to keep track of your shipment and make any necessary arrangement to receive your package.
HOTSUIT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a delivery has been successfully completed.
If you feel your package may be lost or stolen, please contact Customer Care immediately to file a lost package claim.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the order date and, must have a return approval to be processed for refund.
All returned items must be unwashed and with the original tags attached.

Please allow up to 15 days, from the day you ship your return item, for your return to be processed.
Returns are processed within 72 hours working days of being received into our receiving warehouse.
Your return tracking number is the best way to confirm your return has been successfully delivered to our warehouse.

We are trying to create the best experience for you, and part of this is getting the correct product to you as fast as possible.

On occasion, orders are held to be reviewed by our team; these orders may be subject to shipment delays.
For shipments within the US, you can expect your order to arrive in 4-5 business days once it has shipped from our distribution center.
For shipments outside the US, you can expect your to order to arrive in 5-10 business days. Delivery times will vary based on destination country.

Once your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email that includes tracking information.
You can also find your tracking number by logging into your HOTSUIT account.

Select “Order History” from the drop-down menu at the top right corner of the screen.
Select “View Order” next to the order number you wish to track to find tracking information.
·From your mobile browser:
Select “My Account” from the drop-down menu at the top left corner of the screen.
Select “Order History” and “View Order” to track your order by order number.
Please allow up to 48 hours from when you receive your tracking number for activity to update.
This may be caused by one thing!
Occasionally during sale promotions, we have such an influx of orders that we have to deactivate expedited shipping options.
We are so sorry for any inconvenience, but once the sale ends, we will reactivate 2-day and overnight shipping.

We are proud of our products, but we can't control the shipment. In some extreme cases, the item you receive may be damaged during transportation.
So you should check the item in good condition when receiving it.
If the unfortunate thing really happens, please provide us with the Photo or video and contact us at service@hotsuit.com.
