SHIPPING

• Once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will send you an email notification to let you know it's on its way.
• You will also receive an email from the shipping carrier, with a link to track your parcel. Please allow 3-7 business days for your package to arrive.
• Please note that orders placed after 11:00AM EST on Sat. or over the weekend will ship on the following Monday (excluding major holidays).
• Expedited and Overnight orders placed by 1:00PM EST Monday—Saturday will be shipped same day and deliver on the next business day.
• Please note that Expedited and Overnight orders placed after 1:00PM EST on a Saturday, Sunday will ship on the following Monday (excluding major holidays).
• All international orders placed by 11:00 AM EST will ship out within 2 business days.
• On occasion, orders are held to be reviewed by our team; these orders may be subject to shipment delays.
• Once your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email that includes tracking information.
• You can also find your tracking number by logging into your HOTSUIT account.

·From your desktop:

• Select “My Account” from the drop-down menu at the top left corner of the screen.
• Select “View Order” next to the order number you wish to track to find tracking information.

·From your mobile browser:

• Select “My Account” from the drop-down menu at the top left corner of the screen.
• Select “Order History” and “View Order” to track your order by order number.
• Please allow up to 48 hours from when you receive your tracking number for activity to update.

Returns & Refund Policy:

Not quite what you thought it would be? We can help with that. Send your items back within 30 days after the date of shipment for a full refund. Just remember that all returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with hangtags still attached to receive a refund. Items returned in their original, unworn condition after 30 days are only eligible for HOTSUIT credit. Items not sent back in their original, unworn state or more than 30 days are not eligible for full refund.

Note: All items sold in the Sale collection are final sale items. As such, only product exchanges and in-store credit (no refunds) are allowed. HOTSUIT doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.

Once your item has been received by the warehouse, please allow 48 hours for your return to be processed.

Exchange Policy

Not quite the right fit? No problem. Send your items back within 30 days after the date of shipment and we will send you out something new. All items you wish to exchange must be in their original, unworn condition with the hangtags still attached. Items not sent back in their original, unworn condition will not receive an exchange.
